Prize Draw Terms and Conditions All prize draws are provided by TAXBACK.COM of 1st Floor, 277-281 Oxford Street, London ,W1C 2DL, United Kingdom No purchase necessary. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their families) and agents of TAXBACK.COM are not eligible and may not enter. Entries are made by sending all required documents for an UK tax return, correctly signed and dated along with all payment documents ( P45/P60s) from each employer the entrants had for the relevant tax year. The entrants must be entitled to a refund for at least one tax year. All entries not received by TAXBACK.COM by 23:59 on 21 June 2008, or which are incomplete, illegible, defaced or damaged will be void. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. TAXBACK.COM reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds. Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by TAXBACK.COM for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and sending offers and other information. The winner of each prize draw shall be selected at random by computer. There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for any prize draw. The chances of any particular entrant winning a prize draw depend on the total number of entrants for that draw. Winners may be notified by phone, e-mail or post. TAXBACK.COM may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact such winner within seven days of its first attempt to do so. TAXBACK.COM may then select an alternative winner. TAXBACK.COM has the right to take photographs of prize draw winners and to use those photographs and the names and images of such winners to publicise online, in e-mails and through any other media its prize draws and other products. Individuals should not enter prize draws if they do not agree to this. TAXBACK.COM may suspend or terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by attacks, viruses or any other act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions. As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry. TAXBACK.COM and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for the loss or late receipt through the post of any documents, notification or other communication. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. By participating in any of our prize draws, entrants agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters.
